Dosage Instructions on Saluta, Tationil and Tatiomax Glutathione!

Here's a little guide on how to optimize the use of the different products we have. 

Dosage Instructions for Saluta Glutathione:

For the first timers,  the shot is done twice a week with 3-4days interval between each shot. It is recommended that the one doing the procedure is done by a healthcare professional. On the scheduled day, the shot must consist of two vials of glutathione and two ampules of vitamin c. It is also recommended to consume at least 10-15shots for the first timers. The shot should be done in a very slow i.v. push.

As a maintenance dose, saluta glutathione can be injected at least once a week if you are already happy with your skin color. In tandem with the glutathione shots, also take One White Glutathione capsule twice a day for additional maintenance regimen.

All, products above are effective and claims to be the very best in whitening. I know how you feel and I feel the same way. We tend to procrastinate as to which would be the best that can take my brown skin to a more fairer one (we gotta admit that fairer is better right? if not you woud'nt be reading this blog : D ) But did you know that saluta works well with brown complexion or "morenas"? Tationil works well also with "chinitas" or naturally gifted faired skin. Tatiomax works on both skin types!

Saluta glutathione is 600mg per vial as well as Tationil. Tatiomax, on the other hand, is at 1200mg plus 200mg collagen. Now, this is something to take note. Tatiomax packs twice the power than saluta and tationil so your going to need more vials on saluta and tationil to achieve that whitening effect. Tatiomax also packs in 200mg collagen that saluta and tationil don't have. But then how much are they?

Saluta is at 2200 per set which includes vitamin c, sterile water, syringes, and butterfly. Tationil is at 2500 per set (slightly higher than saluta) which also includes the same contents on its set. Tatiomax is now priced at 3500 per set (very high as compared to the other two glutathione products) but wait a while a go I shared that saluta and tationil has a lesser dosage on its vials than tatiomax. Therefore you will need roughly two sets of saluta or tationil to get the tatiomax power. 
(quick note: you need at least 1000mg of glutathione for the whitening side effect to be achieved)

In simpler terms,

For the whitening goal to be achievable saluta glutathione (600mg) and tationil glutathione (600mg) would need two vials each so that whitening can be achievable. Tatiomax only uses one plus you get the beautiful dose of collagen along with it per shot. 

If you are going to compute:

10 shots of saluta glutathione would cost you around Php 4,400 while 10shots of tationil will also cost you Php 5,000. 10 shots of tatiomax will only cost you 3500! Plus it has 200mg collagen.


Conclusion:
Although you can save with Saluta and Tationil, Tatiomax can even save you more in the long run!

One White L-glutathione Capsule: Surprising and The Most Effective Glutathione!

This is my first time to write about product reviews. The product that I am reviewing about is One White  L-Glutathione Capsule. The name is appealing since it has white word in it (like other brands that also has it). So it’s about a whitening capsule.

Upon seeing the capsule bottle It has a printed information in it. The company who made this is

One White Glutathione capsule has 60 capsules with the usual “no approved therapeutic claims”. Well, of course this is normal since it would take almost 10years to have a confirmed therapeutic effect. And the company probably is still testing for the actual claims on patients. It is clearly stated also that it is a soft gel capsule and a dietary supplement.

Moving on, One White glutathione capsule boosts a lot of ingredients that are essential to whitening or shall I call them the boosters.  The main content, glutathione, is at 750mg pretty higher content than other brands. This is interesting since most of the glutathione content found in the market today is only at 500mg or lesser.  It already has a subtle amount of vitamin c and silymarin both at 100mg on each capsule. Other helpful ingredients include marine collagen, alpha lipoic acid, silymarin, grapeseed oil extract CoQ10 and Hyaluronic acid.

(there are rumors spreading the derma world that this was used as a maintenance by sarah g! oh my)

After a little research and cross references, I’ve found out that these other boosters do provide great health effects on the body. So aside from whitening inside and out, you’ll get healthier and livelier.

 Marine Collagen (200mg)
                Marine Collagen is a material derived from the substance found on fish scales. It has been widely used in Japan for many years as a natural supplement. People who use marine collagen claim it has various benefits which include healthier bones and skin. Increased collagen in the body makes our body function more effectively. It is vital to healthy skin, hair, bones and joints. If you have lesser collagen on your body skin will become lose and wrinkled looking.  As an added bonus onewhite has marine collagen! Yes to healthier skin.

Silymarin (100mg)

                We all know silymarin is a famous ingredient now found on most of the vitamin supplements. Silymarin however is used to regenerate liver cells damaged by alcohol or drugs.  Silymarin also decongests the liver , this means that it stimulates bile flow from the liver to the gallbladder, this is essential for normal functioning of our liver and gallbladder (talk about gallstones yuck!). Silymarin also eats free radicals that can greatly damage our body. Silymarin works well with glutathione when detoxifying our liver and yes girls it is found in one white. As an added bonus silymarin also stimulates protein synthesis in the liver resulting in production of new liver cells.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (80mg)

                Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant that is made by the body and is found in every cell, where it helps turn glucose into energy. Antioxidants attack “free radicals”, waste products created when the body turns food into energy. These free radicals cause harmful chemical reactions that can damage cells in the body makig it harder for the body to fight off infections.  Alpha Lipoic Acid is fat and water soluble which means it can work throughout the body. They regenerate other anti-oxidants so that they can be used again. 80mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid found on every one white capsule means you are getting enough of it every capsule.

Grapeseed Oil Extract (50mg)

                There’s strong evidence that grape seed extract is beneficial for a number of cardiovascular conditions. Grape seed extract may help poor circulation and high cholesterol! It also reduces swelling caused by injury and helps with disease related to diabetes. Grapeseed also contains antioxidants. It is also documented that grapeseed can help alleviate PMS and skin damage.

CoQ10 (50mg)

                CoQ10 is said to help heart failure as well as cancer, muscular dystrophy and periodontal disease. So if you take one white you can have a healthier gums : ) It will also boost one’s energy and speed recovery from exercise. One white has this one? Cool!

Hyaluronic Acid

                Some people apply hyaluconic acid to the skin for healing wounds, burns, skin ulcers and as a good moisturizer. Usage:

My derma suggests taking two capsules per day of One White L-Glutathione Capsule per day. And if you are not after with the whitening effect you can take it once a day. It would take 30 days to consume one bottle of One White L-glutathione capsule for whitening and two months for detoxifying goal. So far today my skin is lighter than usual. I will upload pictures of myself here. (too bad my net is so slow today but please bear with me here)

Conclusion:
                I have tried many glutathione capsules and other food supplements in the past. But I haven’t come across to this food supplement that combines whitening and healthy compounds or ingredients at an affordable price! One supplier I contacted was John from Cebu Gluta Shop.
